Mindfulness

​Description: Cultivate sessions centered around mind-body connection to reduce stress, focus on the present, and improve ability to respond to challenges and pressure with calmness and resilience. All three sessions include a 5 minute mindful journaling prompt preceding and following the activity.

Session 1: Quick Body Scanning (30 min)

Session 2: Progressive Muscle Relaxation (30 min)

Session 3: Attentional Focus (30 min)

 

*Sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
