My Approach

My sport psychology philosophy working with athletes is consistent with my ideals, viewing the athlete as a unique, multifaceted human who should be valued holistically. My goal is to guide athletes toward recognizing irrational beliefs about themselves and then reframing them to be more subjectively productive for performance. I help athletes identify any factors that limit their success and encourage them to replace any unrealistic expectations with manageable and healthy thoughts, goals, and behaviors to increase confidence. My services range from post-injury psychological rehabilitation and performance anxiety to team cohesion. Athletes that work with me have the option of incorporating faith into their sessions, through meditating on Bible verses and applying spiritual development to their sport.

Session Packages

Available for individual (via Zoom) or team sessions (in person, team facility). Session times vary. All packages include 3 sessions (+ a mandatory introduction session for individuals). Sessions will be conducted on three separate days and scheduled after inquiry.
